SSAB has selected Kubicom to handle digital delivery data management across all suppliers in the construction of Minimill — one of Scandinavia’s most ambitious industrial projects in decades. The fossil-free electric steel plant in Luleå represents a €4.5 billion investment, with a capacity of 2.5 million tonnes of steel per year and an expected 7% reduction in Sweden’s total CO₂ emissions upon completion in 2029.
To manage the scale and complexity of the build, SSAB is implementing a fully digital delivery note workflow based on the BEAst Supply 4.0 standard via the Peppol network. Kubicom’s cloud platform provides real-time, structured digital delivery reporting, enhancing control and traceability across all deliveries
