SSAB chooses Kubicom for digital delivery data management

SSAB has chosen Kubicom to manage digital delivery data from all suppliers in the construction of the Minimill in Luleå — one of Scandinavia's most ambitious industrial projects, worth €4.5 billion.

Kubicom will be used to ensure that delivery data from all suppliers in the project is collected digitally according to the BEAst Supply 4.0 standard via the Peppol network. This means full traceability and real-time data for all material deliveries, transport and environmental data.

The Minimill is a fossil-free electric arc furnace for steel production. The implementation is led by Gustav Sterling from SSAB, together with LG Lundvall and Atle Andersen from Kubicom.
