Create from mobile or desktop
The driver creates the delivery note directly in the app while loading. Articles, quantities and prices are fetched automatically from the project's price list. Need to report the same delivery again? Copy a previous delivery note with one click and adjust what's changed.
Internal approval before the client sees it
Before the delivery note reaches the client, a supervisor or administrator can review and approve it internally. This gives you quality control and ensures the right data is sent. Errors are caught before they become a problem.
Digital signing on site
The recipient signs the delivery digitally directly in the app. The signature is linked to the delivery note and stored as a receipt confirming the delivery has been received. No paper slip that can go missing, nothing to scan afterwards.
Full history and traceability
Every delivery note has a version history showing who changed what and when. Filter and search across all delivery notes by project, customer, vehicle or time period. The link to project, customer and price list happens automatically.

Climate Data Automatically
You don't need to do anything extra. CO2 emissions are calculated automatically per delivery based on the vehicle's fuel type and distance travelled. The data flows through to your client's sustainability reporting with no manual steps.
Fuel consumption report
See fuel consumption per vehicle, broken down by fuel type. The report also shows the share of renewable versus fossil fuel as a percentage, and total fuel volumes per period.
Emission class & CO2
Each vehicle's emission class is registered and used in the calculation. CO2 is calculated automatically per delivery note based on fuel type and distance. No manual entry required once the vehicle is set up.
Load weight & capacity utilisation
The load weight report shows how well vehicles are utilised. The data feeds directly into the client's sustainability reporting and provides a basis for optimising transport, both financially and environmentally.
