A digital delivery note is an electronic document that replaces the traditional paper delivery note for material deliveries and transport in construction and civil engineering projects. Instead of recording delivery data manually on paper, information is created and transmitted digitally between supplier and client in real time.
In Sweden, the industry body BEAst has developed a standard for digital delivery notes called BEAst Supply. The standard defines which data fields must be included, how messages are structured and how they are transferred between systems. Delivery notes are sent via the Peppol network, the international network for secure digital messaging.
With digital delivery notes, both suppliers and clients get automatic traceability, faster invoicing, elimination of manual errors and a real-time overview of all deliveries and transport in a project.
Kubicom is not just a system that supports the BEAst standard. We are actively driving its development. We are involved in standardisation work at both national and European level to enable secure and standardised data exchange across the construction industry.
We are active members of BEAst and a driving force in collaboration with a particular focus on sustainability and internationalisation. Kubicom holds the chair of the BEAst Technical Committee and is an active participant in the Civil Engineering Committee, where we lead two focus groups: the focus group for environmental data and the focus group for weighbridge tickets.
This means we do not simply adapt to the standard when it changes. We help shape it. When new requirements emerge from the Swedish Transport Administration, municipalities or major contractors, Kubicom has direct insight and can prepare support for upcoming versions before they are published.
Kubicom supports the BEAst standard for both clients and suppliers. Kubicom can both receive and send digital delivery notes for Supply NeC (civil engineering transport) and Supply Material (material deliveries) as well as handle reconciliation reports for Supply Rental (machinery rental).
Kubicom's BEAst support currently covers versions 3.0, 3.1 and 4.0. Data flows are handled via the Peppol network, which ensures authenticated and encrypted message transfer between all connected parties.

Kubicom makes it easy for suppliers to send digital delivery notes to their clients according to the BEAst standard. Hauliers, material suppliers and contractors create delivery notes directly in the field via Kubicom's mobile app or web application. Data is sent automatically to the client via the Peppol network.
If a client's suppliers do not have their own system that supports data collection and delivery according to the BEAst standard, Kubicom's supplier module can be used by those suppliers to provide the client with data. This ensures that the entire chain can report digitally, regardless of the supplier's level of technical maturity.
Suppliers who already have a system with BEAst support can connect directly via Peppol without having to switch platform. Kubicom is compatible with all other systems that follow the BEAst standard.
