Digital environmental reporting with BEAst and Kubicom
Since 2024, the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) requires digital environmental reporting in construction contracts using BEAst Supply 4.0. Here's how Kubicom and the BEAst standard work together, and what it means for you as a client, supplier or municipality.
BEAst and Kubicom: an overview
BEAst (Byggbranschens Elektroniska Affärsstandard) is a non-profit organisation that develops digital standards for the Swedish construction industry. BEAst Supply 4.0 is the standard for digital delivery notes. Kubicom is one of the platforms that implements this standard and makes it accessible to companies across the supply chain.
BEAst Supply 4.0
Defines the format: which fields, which structure and which business rules apply to digital delivery notes.
The Kubicom platform
Implements the standard, handles Peppol connectivity, climate calculations and makes reporting straightforward.
How does the reporting work?
The supplier creates a digital delivery note in Kubicom (via app or web). The delivery note contains all data required by BEAst Supply 4.0, including environmental data. The message is sent via the Peppol network to the client. The client receives it and can follow up on environmental impact per project, delivery and over time.

Send
