Kubicom sends digital message to the Swedish Transport Administration's "ELSA"

Kubicom has, in live operation, automatically sent a digital message with real-time fuel consumption from an excavator all the way to ELSA — the Swedish Transport Administration's new system for collecting environmental data from construction projects.

Congratulations, Sweden! For most people that line means little — but for us at Kubicom it's highly significant.

The message means that Kubicom, in live operation, has automatically sent a digital message containing fuel consumption, measured in real time, from an excavator all the way to ELSA — the Swedish Transport Administration's new system for collecting environmental data from construction projects.

This is the result of extensive development work together with the Swedish Transport Administration and BEAst, where the flow is based on the BEAst Supply 4.0 and Peppol standards. With an automatic connection, contractors and suppliers can report climate data continuously — without manual compilation.

”This is a major step for the digitalisation of Swedish infrastructure. We're showing that it works in live operation, from the machine in the field all the way to the client's system.”
Atle Andersen, CEO, Kubicom

We look forward to rolling out the same flow to more customers and clients during the year.
