Organisational Change & Change Management with Linnaeus University

Kubicom is collaborating with three students from Linnaeus University to investigate the business and organisational effects of the shift to digital delivery notes in excavation and transport.

What are the biggest business and organisational differences that companies in excavation and transport experience after switching to digital delivery notes?

That's what Kubicom, together with three students from Linnaeus University, aims to find out.

Through interviews with several companies that have undergone this transformation, as well as studies of other industries that have made similar development journeys, the students will answer questions about what happens when companies can communicate with each other in unbroken digital chains — and what implications this can have for both business and organisation in the short and long term.

Students Axel Holmström, Theo Arvidsson and Axel Svensson are in their second year of the Enterprising & Business Development programme. The project is part of their course "Organisational Change and Change Management".
