Kubicom grows and recruits a Support and Onboarding Specialist
Hanna Kapteijn is joining Kubicom as a Support and Onboarding Specialist and will support customers from first meeting through to completed implementation.
Kubicom continues to grow, and we're delighted to welcome Hanna Kapteijn as our new Support and Onboarding Specialist.
With several years' experience from the construction industry — both on the client side at JSB and the supplier side at Network Solutions — Hanna has a strong understanding of the needs and challenges our customers face every day. In her previous role as an HR generalist, she built recruitment systems from the ground up, worked with onboarding and training, and developed strong customer relationships and processes for long-term success.
As Support and Onboarding Specialist, Hanna will play a key role in supporting our customers — from first meeting through to completed implementation — ensuring every user has an efficient, smooth and positive experience of the Kubicom platform.
