GRK Infra: CO2 reduction on the E4
Kubicom was selected as system supplier in Trafikverket's (the Swedish Transport Administration) development-focused pilot project, aimed at actively reducing the climate footprint during construction.

The project was one of Trafikverket's specially designated development-focused projects, aimed at encouraging the contractor to reduce its climate footprint by cutting CO2 emissions during construction. GRK Infra chose Kubicom as system supplier to measure and follow up on environmental impact.
The work included building a median barrier on the E4, wildlife fencing, a pedestrian and cycle underpass beneath the E4 with connecting paths, a new alignment for a private road, and a wildlife escape ramp. Bus stops were relocated and connected to the pedestrian and cycle paths.
