Trafikverket is driving the green transition in the transport sector. The goal is for all fuel use in their contracts to be fossil-free by 2030. To track that goal, actual data is needed from every delivery and every transport — not estimates.
What do the requirements mean in practice?
Trafikverket's requirements mean that suppliers must send digital delivery notes via the Peppol network according to BEAst Supply 4.0. The delivery notes must contain information about what is being delivered, with which machine or vehicle, fuel type and consumption, and loading and unloading points. Unsure about the basics? What is BEAst Supply 4.0?
BEAst Supply 4.0 is the digital standard for delivery notes in construction and civil engineering. The standard defines which data must be included and how it should be structured, so that all systems can communicate regardless of supplier.
